HOW DO I LOG INTO SCREAMBOX?
Click the “Sign In” link at the upper right corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter your Screambox email and password. If you created your account using your Facebook credentials, you must be logged into Facebook in the same browser you are using to access the Screambox website.
For mobile applications, you will be prompted to enter your Screambox email and password when you try to watch content. If you created your account using your Facebook credentials, you will use the associated Facebook email address.
HOW MANY SCREAMBOX ACCOUNTS CAN I LINK TO FACEBOOK?
You can only link one Screambox account to one Facebook account.
HOW DO I BOOKMARK MY FAVORITES OR MOVIES I WANT TO WATCH LATER?
Your member Queue allows you to create a list of favorite videos.
When you hover over a movie’s poster on Screambox.com, you will see the “Play” button on the left, and the “+ Queue” link next to it. Click that, and the movie will be placed in your Queue or favorites list.
To access your Queue on Screambox.com, click your user name in the top right corner. You’ll see the Queue link. Click that and you’ll be taken to a page with all the titles you saved.
For downloadable Screambox applications, the Queue is sometimes called your “Favorites” or “Watch List.” Click the title you want to put in your favorites list. There will be a button marked “+ Favorites” or “+ Watch List”; select that, and the movie will be added to your list. To access your Favorites or Watch List, select it from the drop down menu.
Videos added on the Screambox.com website or applications will be updated across all your devices.
HOW DO I REMOVE TITLES FROM MY QUEUE / FAVORITES / WATCH LIST?
On Screambox.com, click your user name in the top right corner. You’ll see the Queue list link. Click that and you’ll be taken to a page with all the titles you saved.
From there, hover over the movie poster and click the “- Queue” link; the movie will be removed from your Queue or favorites list.
For downloadable Screambox applications, the Queue is sometimes called your “Favorites” or “Watch List.” Click on the “Favorites” or “Watch List” button from the drop down menu. Select the video you want to remove, and you will see a “- Favorites” option. Select that, and the title will be removed from your list.

MY QUEUE/FAVORITES IS NOT UPDATING ON SCREAMBOX.COM OR ONE OF THE DEVICE APPS.
In most cases, adding new videos to your Queue should happen within a few minutes. For some of the apps your Queue/Favorites will update after you exit the app and start it back up in a new session.
HOW DO I FIND VIDEOS ON SCREAMBOX?
You can easily find movies or TV shows on Screambox by clicking on the magnifying glass at the top of each page and entering a title, genre or tag. In some cases, it’s better to search by just one or two words, because a misspelled title or missing punctuation will result in a failed search.
DOES SCREAMBOX OFFER CLOSED CAPTIONING ON SHOWS AND MOVIES?
Screambox has a large number of videos with available closed captions and we are working to expand support to all of our programs. If there’s a title without captions, email us at email@example.com so we can see if it’s a bug or if we can acquire the captions file.
WHY HAVE SOME VIDEOS GONE AWAY?
At Screambox, we are working hard to bring you the best in horror with new film and TV content arriving weekly. The availability of any given title is generally limited by the duration of the clearance we are able to secure with our content providers. If there are specific movies or TV programs you would like us to offer, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
